Privacy policy

Influmaker ("we", "us") is operated by Vero Payments Solutions Ltda, a company registered in São Paulo, Brazil, under CNPJ 29.755.203/0001-70. We are the controller of the personal data described here. This policy follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) and, for users in the European Union and the UK, the GDPR.

1. What we collect

• Account data: name, email address and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
• Content: prompts, files you upload (images, video, audio), characters you create and the outputs you generate.
• Billing data: purchase history and balance. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage and technical data: IP address, browser, device, pages visited, API requests, logs and error reports.
• Communications: messages you send to support.

2. How we use it and why (legal basis)

• To create your account, run your generations and deliver the service: performance of a contract.
• To process payments, keep invoices and meet tax and legal duties: legal obligation.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and illegal content (including automated moderation of prompts and uploads), and to secure and improve the service: legitimate interest.
• To send product news and offers: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your uploads or outputs to train our own AI models.

3. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run Influmaker, under contracts that require them to protect your data:

• AI model providers that process your prompts and files to produce outputs;
• Cloud hosting, storage and content delivery (for example Cloudflare);
• Payments (Stripe) and email delivery (Resend);
• Content moderation services;
• Google, when you choose to sign in with Google.

We may also disclose data when required by law, court order or a competent authority, or to protect the rights and safety of users and third parties.

4. International transfers

Some providers process data outside Brazil, mainly in the United States and the European Union. We rely on the safeguards allowed by the LGPD and the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is active. Uploads and outputs stay in your library until you delete them or close your account. After that we delete or anonymize them within 30 days, except where we must keep records longer by law (for example tax and billing records, and access logs, which Brazil's Marco Civil da Internet requires us to keep for 6 months).

6. Cookies

We use only cookies needed to keep you signed in and to secure the service. If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent first.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct it, export it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent. You can also file a complaint with Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD) or your local authority. To exercise any right, email privacy@influmaker.com.br. We reply within 15 days.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords and API keys, access controls and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach is likely to put you at risk, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

9. Children

Influmaker is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors and delete it when we find out.

10. Changes

We will post changes on this page and email you about material ones before they take effect.
